Research topics

• Didactics of mathematics, with Guy Brousseau's theory of didactic situations and Yves Chevallard's anthropological theory of didactics as the main theoretical frameworks.
• Analysis of teaching practices and learning from kindergarten to the beginning of secondary school
• The notion of resumption (Larguier, 2005, 2009) between systematic revision and chronogenesis advance.
• Numerical and algebraic didactics
• Study of entry into algebra
• Language analysis, in particular with the theoretical framework developed by the Bordeaux team around Bernié (concepts of secondarization of genres, discursive community).

Teaching

• TU of mathematics didactics in the MEEF first degree master's degree, in the MEEF maths course master's degree, in the master's degree for first degree teachers
• TU research related to the dissertation in previous Masters courses
• MEEF premier degré master's TU on project-based pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for several teaching units in the above-mentioned Master's programs
• Scientific coordinator of the Hérault departmental mathematics group and the IREM primary school group.
