Research topics

The research themes examine four concepts of work psychology, at the junction of the world of training and the world of work: motivation, competence, learning systems, work life and non-work life. Cross-sectional and longitudinal survey methodologies and statistical tools (cluster analysis) are used. At the same time, work on pedagogical support for the skills-based approach in the creation of new diplomas (LPro) is being carried out at the IUT, on an experimental basis.

Teaching

I teach Communication Psychology, Organizational Psychology and Ergonomics to students at Bac +2, Bac +3 (Licence Professionnelle) and Master Pro levels in Psychology.
