Research topics

The research topics examine four concepts in occupational psychology, at the intersection of the worlds of education and work: motivation, competence, learning mechanisms, and work life and non-work life. Cross-sectional or longitudinal survey methodologies and statistical tools (cluster analysis) are used. At the same time, work on educational support for the skills-based approach in the creation of new degrees (LPro) is being carried out at the IUT on an experimental basis.

Lessons

My teaching focuses on the psychology of communication and the psychology of organizations and ergonomics for students with two or three years of higher education (professional bachelor's degree) and a professional master's degree in psychology.
