Jacqueline Paquiot-Papet

Position: Associate Professor

Research Topics

The research topics explore four concepts in occupational psychology, at the intersection of the worlds of education and work: motivation, competence, learning mechanisms, and work-life balance. Cross-sectional and longitudinal survey methodologies, along with statistical tools (cluster analysis), are employed. Concurrently, work on pedagogical support for a competency-based approach in the development of new degrees (LPro) is being conducted at the IUT on an experimental basis.

Courses

I teach courses in Communication Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Ergonomics to students at the two-year post-secondary level, the three-year post-secondary level (Professional Bachelor’s degree), and the Professional Master’s degree in Psychology.
