RESEARCH TOPICS

My research focuses on the sociology of education and work. I approach the issue of the appropriation and implementation of educational policies by actors in the school environment (particularly teachers) by focusing on collective processes. I am interested in how professionals from the same or different groups interact within the framework of prescriptions and incentives for coordination in educational policies. The challenge is to observe what these collective dynamics between professionals produce and how they transform their actions and activities, both individually and collectively. As part of my thesis, my research focused on the collective work prescribed in priority education to school and middle school teachers within inter-level systems (CM2-6e), questioning the tensions and links with the development of cooperation. My current work focuses on studying the various forms of collective work in primary and secondary schools, between professionals (teachers, specialized staff, etc.) responsible for implementing educational policy guidelines, such as "well-being" practices and school diversity.
