Thesis (2024–2028): "Does autism really exist? Ontological exploration and epistemological rupture at the frontiers of 'neurodiversity.'"

My doctoral research questions the ontology of autism and the shifting boundaries between normal and pathological, from an interdisciplinary perspective inspired in particular by Foucault and Lefebvre. I am particularly interested in the sociological, educational, and cultural implications of the evolution of ASD diagnostic criteria, and how the concept of "neurodiversity" is reshaping our understanding of autism as human variation.

  • Epistemology of neuropsychological classifications and sociology of diagnostic categories
