" Institutional discourse and professionalism in social work: between standardization and supporting the process of subjectivation." Using discourse analysis as my primary tool, I examine the practices and representations of social workers working with adults, focusing on the concepts of subjectivity and planning. These questions concern the institution, the training of social workers, and, more broadly, changes in social protection.
