" Institutional discourse and social work professionalism: between normalization and support for the subjectivation process ". Using mainly Discourse Analysis, I question the practices and representations of social workers working with adults, around the notions of subjectivity and project. These questions concern the institution, social worker training and, more broadly, changes in social welfare.
