Research Topics

With degrees in neuropsychology and behavioral and human development economics, my research focuses on quality of life in academic and professional settings, and on fostering emotional well-being (work that received the 2006 Prix Cros from the Académie française and the 2011 and 2012 awards from the AFPSSU-MGEN-Elsevier-French Association for the Promotion of Health in School and University Environments) and the empowering leadership of educators, teachers, mentors, counselors, and managers and leaders of organizations (in education, health, or private companies) to foster “well-being” at work and elsewhere—a concept and paradigm I have been developing since 2015.
