Research topics
With degrees in neuropsychology and behavioral economics and human development, my work focuses on quality of life in school and professional settings, and on caring for others by developing emotional capital (work that received the 2006 Cros Prize from the Académie française and the 2011 and 2012 Prizes from the AFPSSU-MGEN-Elsevier-Association française pour la promotion de la santé dans l'environnement scolaire et universitaire) and the empowering leadership of educators, teachers, mentors, counselors, and managers and leaders of organizations (in education, health, or private companies) to enable "well-being" at work and elsewhere—a concept and paradigm that I have been developing since 2015.
