Research Topics
My work focuses on a key professional skill for teachers: addressing student diversity. To this end, it explores pedagogical approaches that foster collaboration among students and personalized learning. It also examines the development of reflective thinking through the organization of discussions with democratic and philosophical objectives. The research continues with an examination of the effects of professional practice analysis sessions.
