My work focuses on a professional skill for teachers: taking into account student diversity. To this end, they explore pedagogical approaches that promote cooperation among students and personalized learning. They also focus on the development of reflective thinking through the organization of discussions with democratic and philosophical aims. They continue with the study of the effects of professional practice analysis situations.
