Research Topics

My work focuses on one aspect of teachers’ professional competence: taking student diversity into account. To this end, it explores pedagogical approaches that foster collaboration among students and personalized learning. It also examines the development of reflective thinking through the organization of discussions with democratic and philosophical objectives. The research continues with a study of the effects of professional practice analysis sessions.
