Research Topics

My work focuses on a key professional competency for teachers: addressing student diversity. To this end, it explores pedagogical approaches that foster collaboration among students and personalized learning. It also examines the development of reflective thinking through the organization of discussions with democratic and philosophical objectives. The research continues with a study of the effects of professional practice analysis sessions.
