After training in Public Nutrition and then in the History, Philosophy and Didactics of Science, I defended a Thesis at PhD in Biology-Health in 2013.

Research topics

  • Food education (ACTER Project - Collective food supply in urban areas)
  • Links between education and health (health education models, role of emotions in education)
  • Epistemology of complexity
