Research and Society(ies) 2020

The “Research and Society(ies)” call for projects aims to support partnerships between academic and business partners in the early stages of innovation, thereby fostering long-term collaborations and accelerating the transformation of scientific discoveries into innovations that directly drive economic and social development.

The goal of this initiative is to support collaborative research across all thematic areas, ranging from the societal assessment of an innovation to the implementation of programs involving a consortium of one or more laboratories and one or more companies.

This program consists of two parts:

• Component 1: “Science and Society” : These will be research projects involving at least two laboratories in Occitanie, one of which must be in the humanities and social sciences.
• Component 2: “R&D” : These will be research projects involving at least one laboratory in Occitanie and at least one company.

Platform opening: March 9, 2020,through June 12, 2020, at midnight (see the deadline extension announced on March 25, 2020; depending on how the situation develops, this date may be extended further).
