Registration and practical information

Registrations will open on 1/09/2020

All conference participants (speakers, communicators, keynote speakers, listeners...) must register as conference participants via the online registration system (green button below). This applies to authors, co-authors and listeners.

Registration fees include

• participation in all proposed activities
• midday meals
• coffees or teas and pastries in the morning and during breaks.
• The registration fee does not include other meals, accommodation and the gala dinner (see below).

Important payment information

Payment only by credit card or bank transfer.

• Payment by credit card: please edit your invoice immediately after payment validation (NB: you will no longer be able to edit it once you have left the registration site).
• Payment by purchase order (bank transfer between public institutions): please edit and send the purchase order within 5 days of this registration, indicating the conference reference "R190065K", the name(s) of the person(s) registered and the registration number(s), to 21rencontres@umontpellier.fr.
• Students,FDE staffand guests(who benefit from free registration) who do not wish to attend the gala dinner must select the bank transfer payment option when completing the online registration form, to validate their registration at €0.
