Registration and Practical Information

Registration will begin on September 1, 2020

Everyone attending the conference (speakers, presenters, keynote speakers, audience members, etc.) must register as a conference participant through the online registration system (green button below). This applies to authors, co-authors, and audience members.

The registration fee includes

• participation in all of the activities offered
• lunch
• Coffee or tea and pastries served during the morning welcome and during breaks.
• The registration fee does not include other meals, lodging, or the gala dinner (see below).

Important Information Regarding Payment

Payment by credit card or bank transfer only.

• Credit card payment: Please print your invoice immediately after the payment is confirmed (Note: You will no longer be able to print it once you leave the registration site).
• Payment by purchase order (bank transfer between public institutions): Please print and send the purchase order within 5 days of registration, including the conference reference number “R190065K,” the name(s) of the registered person(s), and the registration number(s), to 21rencontres@umontpellier.fr
• Students,FDE staff, and guests (who are eligible for free registration) who do not wish to attend the gala dinner must select “Bank Transfer” as the payment method when filling out the online registration form to confirm their registration at €0.
