Registration and practical information

Faculty of Education – University of Montpellier

Registration will begin on September 1, 2020.

All individuals attending the conference (speakers, presenters, keynote speakers, attendees, etc.) must register as conference participants via the online registration system (green button below). This applies to authors, co-authors, and attendees.

Registration fees include

• participation in all activities offered
• lunch
• coffee or tea and pastries during the morning welcome and during breaks.
• Registration fees do not include other meals, accommodation, and the gala dinner (see below).

Important information regarding payment

Payment by card or bank transfer only.

• Payment by credit card: please print your invoice immediately after payment confirmation (NB: you will not be able to print it after leaving the registration site).
• Payment by purchase order (bank transfer between public institutions): please print and send the order within 5 days of registration, indicating the conference reference number "R190065K," the name of the person or persons registered, and the registration number(s), to 21rencontres@umontpellier.fr.
• Forstudents,FDE staff, and guests (who benefit from free registration) who do not wish to attend the gala dinner, please select the bank transfer payment method when completing the online registration form to confirm your registration at €0.
