Egalisup: “From High School to Higher Education: Equality for All?”

LIRDEF is a partner in the third international conference, “From Secondary to Higher Education: Equality for All?”, to be held at the University of Rouen Normandy from June 22 to 24, 2026. Building on the previous editions held in Montpellier in 2020 and in Rennes in 2023, this event aims to continue the collective discussion on the challenges of equal opportunity and equal success in higher education.

This event will bring together researchers, education professionals, and representatives from institutions and organizations to examine persistent, emerging, or deepening inequalities at the transition from secondary to higher education. The goal is to promote a collaborative and multidisciplinary analysis in order to identify concrete pathways toward genuine equality of access and success for all.

The Egalisup 3 conference features three thematic areas:

  • the inclusion of new audiences,
  • Transition from high school to college
  • assessment practices and remedial measures.

Papers must be submitted by November 1 at the latest.
