Quality of vocational training

Under the leadershipof the Scientific Committee of the Skills Investment Plan, Dares is launching a call for research projects on the theme of the quality of vocational training.

This APR aims to contribute to a better understanding of the concept of "quality" in the field of continuing professional education in order to move beyond the "common knowledge" on the subject. The proposed areas of research aim to shed light on the definition, measurement, and qualification of quality for audiences considered to be low-skilled or unskilled.

  • Axis 1 of this call focuses on the quality of training as a standardization process, questioning the resulting challenges for training organizations.
  • Axis 2 seeks to better understand the possible link between training quality and effectiveness.
  • Axis 3 opens up the concept of quality as the co-construction of a service relationship in order to better understand the teaching practices and ecosystem configurations that may result from it.

Projects are due by Friday, June 25, 2021, at 4 p.m.
