Quality of vocational training

Under the aegis of theScientific Committeeof the Skills Investment Plan, DARES is launching a call for research projects on the subject of vocational training quality.

The aim of this RPA is to contribute to a better understanding of the notion of "quality" in the field of continuing vocational training, in order to move beyond the "conventional wisdom" on the subject. The proposed lines of research aim to shed light on the definition, measurement and qualification of quality for the so-called low- or unskilled public.

  • Axis 1 of the present call for proposals deals with training quality as a standardization process, and the resulting challenges for training organizations;
  • Axis 2 seeks to better disentangle the possible link between training quality and efficiency;
  • Axis 3 opens onto the notion of quality as a co-construction of a service relationship, to better grasp pedagogical practices and the ecosystem configurations that can result from them.

Projects are due by 4pm on Friday June 25, 2021.
