Quality of Vocational Training
Under the guidanceof the Scientific Committee of the Skills Investment Plan, Dares is issuing a call for research proposals on the topic of the quality of vocational training.
This APR aims to contribute to a better understanding of the concept of “quality” in the field of continuing vocational education and training, in order to move beyond assumptions about the subject. The proposed research areas aim to shed light on the definition, measurement, and assessment of quality for populations considered to have few or no qualifications.
- Axis 1 of this call for proposals focuses on the quality of training programs as a standardization process, examining the resulting challenges for training organizations;
- Axis 2 seeks to better clarify the possible link between the quality of training and effectiveness;
- Axis 3 introduces the concept of quality as the co-construction of a service relationship, in order to better understand the pedagogical practices and ecosystem configurations that may result from it.
Projects are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2021.
