The Cnaf offers up to six prizes for scientific articles submitted to the Revue des politiques sociales et familiales (Journal of Social and Family Policy).

Article proposals must be based on Master's research completed within the last three years, or doctoral research currently in progress or completed within the last three years. Only research in sociology, anthropology or ethnology, political science, demography, economics or management, public or private law, developmental psychology or social psychology, education science, history or geography will be considered.

Prizes are awarded individually to the sole author of the article proposal. The prizes are accompanied by a cash award of €1,000 each, with the exception of the first prize, which is €1,500. The article proposal ranked first may, at the discretion of the jury, be published in the journal. This may also be the case for proposals ranked second or third.
