Issue 2 of *La Revue LEeE* (Online Evaluation in Education) has been published. This issue focuses onthe challenges of assessment in higher education and professional development. Several of the articles are based on a symposium organized by the “Education and Training Network” (REF) that addressed this issue, including the use of digital tools (REF, University of Toulouse, 2019).
