The ETIC 4 conference, "Digital Tools in Primary Schools,"will be held from November 16 to 18, 2021, at the University of Caen Normandy.

Since 2013, ETIC (school and ICT) conferences have focused on issues such as schooling processes, the effects on student activity, the trajectories of digital tool and device adoption, institutional and political challenges, teacher training, and the production, circulation, and exchange of resources.

The conference is also interested in contributions on teaching practices in contexts such as those we experienced during the lockdown in spring 2020. It is still open to all contributions on issues relating to the use of computerized technologies in basic education in international contexts.
