08h15. Plenary session with all staff present

8h15-8h30. Presentation of the evaluation process by the HCERES representative and introduction of the committee.

8:30-10:30 am. Presentations of the unit's balance sheet and scientific project, followed by a discussion with the committee (about forty minutes of discussion on the two presentations).

10h30. In camera

10:30-11:00 am. In camera meeting with the representative of the University of Montpellier

11h00- 11h15. Coffee break

11h15-11h45. Closed meeting with researchers and professors. Emeritus professors may attend this meeting.

11h45-12h15. Closed session with doctoral and post-doctoral students

12:15pm-1:15pm. Lunch and meeting of the Expert Committee
