Itinerary

8:00–8:15 a.m. Welcome and closed-door meeting of the expert committee

8:15 a.m. Plenary session attended by all staff members

8:15–8:30 a.m. Presentation on the evaluation process by the HCERES representative and introduction of the committee.

8:30–10:30 a.m. Presentations on the unit’s scientific achievements and future plans, followed by a discussion with the committee (approximately 40 minutes of discussion on both presentations)

10:30 a.m. Closed session

10:30–11:00 a.m. Closed-door meeting with the representative from the University of Montpellier’s governing body

11:00 a.m.–11:15 a.m. Coffee break

11:15–11:45 a.m. Closed-door meeting with researchers and tenured faculty members. Professors emeritus may attend this meeting.

11:45 a.m.–12:15 p.m. Closed-door meeting with doctoral and postdoctoral students

12:15–1:15 p.m. Lunch and meeting of the Committee of Experts

1:15 p.m. Closed session

1:15–1:45 p.m. Closed-door meeting with the unit’s management

1:45–2:05 p.m. Closed-door meeting with the representative of the University of Montpellier 3’s governing body

2:05 p.m.–4:40 p.m. Final closed-door session of the Expert Committee, attended by the HCERES Scientific Advisor

4:40 p.m. End of the tour
