Research topics
My research focuses on developing the capacity for action among professionals confronted with deteriorating and vulnerable work and life situations.
Based on a cultural-historical approach to human development and a psychological theory of activity (Leontiev; Vygotsky), my research analyzes the processes of experience development and the development of the actor's subjective relationship to their work. Methodologically, my research is based on transformative intervention-research (Clot, 2008) and clinical methodologies (lookalike instruction, simple and cross-confrontations) involving groups of professionals over varying periods of time.
