Research Topics

My research focuses on empowering professionals who face difficult and vulnerable situations in their work and personal lives.

Rooted in a cultural-historical approach to human development and a psychological theory of activity (Leontiev; Vygotsky), my research analyzes the processes by which experience is constructed and the development of the actor’s subjective relationship to their work. Methodologically, my research draws on transformative action research (Clot, 2008) and clinical methodologies (instruction with a double, simple and cross-confrontations) involving groups of professionals over varying time frames.
