Research Topics
In the fields of education and training, I study the activities of various categories of actors (a range of practitioners, teacher-trainers, student-trainees, and schoolchildren) as they interact with other actors, and/or with physical or technical environments, and/or with animals (currently, horses). My work results in insights and resources related to professional (and personal) development. The concept of improvisation plays a central role in this work. I collect and analyze my data within the framework of enactive cultural anthropology, as developed by the “cours d’action” research program.
Lessons
Designed for professionals in teaching (at the elementary and secondary levels), education, or training, my courses focus on their actual work and address, in particular, issues related to teaching-learning interactions.
Responsibilities
I am responsible for TU and 06 (Research) and TU and 04 (Teaching and Professional Development) in the Teaching and Educational Relationships (TERE) track—Master’s in Teaching, Education, and Training Professions (MEEF).
