Research Topics

The research topics explore four concepts in occupational psychology, at the intersection of the worlds of education and work: motivation, competence, learning mechanisms, and work life and non-work life. Cross-sectional and longitudinal survey methodologies, along with statistical tools (cluster analysis), are employed. Concurrently, the IUT is conducting an experimental study on pedagogical support for a competency-based approach in the development of new degree programs (LPro).

Lessons

I teach courses in Communication Psychology, Organizational Psychology, and Ergonomics to students at the two-year post-secondary level, the three-year post-secondary level (Professional Bachelor’s Degree), and the Professional Master’s in Psychology.
