Objectives

  • Create a research space for disciplines that share the same subject: works of art and their teaching practices. Address issues shared by disciplines responsible for teaching and artistic and cultural education (PEAC, HDA, etc.).
  • Highlight the specific contribution of these subjects to "fundamental skills" and the objectives of the "common core," while preserving their unique characteristics.
  • Contribute to critical reflection on contemporary curriculum developments
  • Rely on stakeholders, their practices, their needs, and their inventiveness, supporting development rather than "training."
