Objectives
- Create a research space for disciplines that share a common focus: the work of art and its educational practices. Address issues common to disciplines involved in arts and cultural education (PEAC, HDA, etc.)
- To highlight the specific contribution of these subjects to "core competencies" and the objectives of the "common core," while preserving their unique characteristics.
- Contribute to a critical examination of contemporary curriculum developments
- Build on the strengths of stakeholders—their practices, needs, and creativity—and focus on supporting their development rather than simply “training” them.
