HAL-UM Changes

Information from UM’s Hal-assistance, October 3, 2022 (1).  In early July, the Center for Direct Scientific Communication (CCSD) established the new organizational structures for our research units in connection with the University of Montpellier’s change in status to an EPE. All updates (access rights for coordinators, display of collections, etc.) resulting from this change will be completed shortly.

For allpublication submissions in 2022, LIRDEF members must use the current version of our organization’s form (green). Forany submissions prior to 2022, please use the previous version of your organization’s form (yellow), ensuring that the publication date matches the organization’s start and end dates.

The layout of theHAL-UM portal’shome page will also be updated shortly to display research units by research clusters. This will not affect submissions or the appearance of the LIRDEF’s HAL page.
