UPVM

The Bibliothèque Lettres et Sciences humaines of the Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3 is offering a new series of webinars on HAL, from November to January. These 45-minute webinars, in small groups, will focus on the following 2 themes:

  • Creation of idHAL (HAL identifier) and presentation of the HAL CV. As a reminder, a connector is being set up between HAL and UPV researcher files (enabling the list of your publications to be automatically uploaded to your file), and it will be necessary to have an idHAL to activate it.
  • HAL deposit: presentation of the deposit form, legal questions related to deposit (what can be legally deposited?). Please note that this is just an introduction. If you'd like more in-depth training, or if you have any specific questions, we advise you to request an individual appointment or to ask your questions viathe helpdesk.

If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, you can also register forone of the sessions offered by the CCSD. Finally, we would like to remind you that practical information sheets and video tutorials are available in the Help section of theHAL-UPV portal.
