Thérèse Perez-Roux announces the publication of the ninetieth issue of the journal *Recherche et formation*. This special issue aims to contribute to our understanding of career transitions into teaching, the place and role of career-changers within the education system, and the institutional implications of changes in the social composition of the teaching profession and in teacher education. Our colleague publishes here an article titled“Becoming a Teacher as a Second Career: From Desired Career Changes to the Test of Reality.”
