The MEAE (Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires Etrangères) and the MESRI (Ministère de l'enseignement supérieur de la recherche et de l'innovation) are jointly launching a call for applications to renew certain members of the scientific committees of the Partenariats Hubert Curien (PHC)* in the ANMO zone (North Africa, Middle East).
