Professionals in formal and non-formal education: the challenges and issues involved in building a partnership that benefits society.

Abstract
After exploring the definitions of these two forms of education, we will attempt to understand the implications for our society of a partnership between professionals. Why do these interactions struggle to develop? What insights does research offer us? This hierarchy in education must now be brought into the public discourse.
