Research topics

• Empirical studies and theoretical reflection on the processes of professionalization, skills development and the construction of professional identity, in human relations professions (social work, healthcare, education, training).
• Critical analysis of adult training policies and systems in France and Europe, particularly in terms of equity and quality.

Teaching

• Master CNAM "Analyse du Travail et Développement des Compétences": modes of professionalization, historical perspective, contemporary trends; work-study training processes; competency-based approach to training in the health and social sector.
• Master's degree in Analysis and Design in Education and Training: training professions, their professionalization, the professional identity of trainers; analysis of their work.
